MetaBlue™ AdBlue® by Zantoff Synthetics — a premium Diesel Exhaust Fluid that reduces NOx emissions by 95%+ in BS6 & BS4 vehicles fitted with SCR systems. Crystal-Free. Extra purity. Extra mileage.

AdBlue® is a clear, non-hazardous fluid stored in a separate tank on your vehicle. It is injected into the exhaust stream where the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system uses it to break down toxic nitrogen oxides — the same pollutants responsible for smog and respiratory illness — into clean nitrogen and water vapour.

Skip the jerry cans. Our MetaBlue™ refill stations let trucks, buses and fleet vehicles top up DEF directly from a dedicated dispenser — clean, fast and ISO 22241 compliant.
From single-bottle customers to multi-station distributors — MetaBlue is the reliable choice for emissions compliance in India.
Quality you can trust — meets ISO 22241 and Euro / BS6 specifications.
Manufactured in-house at Zantoff Synthetics' modern plant — fully controlled supply.
Stays pure in storage and during injection, protecting your costly SCR system.
Helps fleet operators meet emission norms and reduce environmental impact.
Everything customers and partners ask us about MetaBlue AdBlue®.
MetaBlue AdBlue® by Zantoff Synthetics is a high-purity solution of demineralised water and 32.5% pure urea, used to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel-powered vehicles. It improves engine performance, reduces fuel consumption, and helps the environment by lowering harmful exhaust pollutants.
No. Never put MetaBlue AdBlue® into the fuel tank and never mix it with diesel or additives. AdBlue has its own dedicated tank. If it is accidentally added to the fuel tank, do not start the engine — contact your dealer immediately.
No — AdBlue has no direct effect on engine function. It only helps the SCR system reduce polluting emissions to meet Euro / BS6 norms. However, if the AdBlue tank runs empty, the engine power may be limited or the vehicle may not start.
MetaBlue AdBlue® is non-flammable, non-explosive, and harmless to the environment. It is classified as a transportable fluid of minimum risk. If spilled on skin or clothing, simply rinse off with water.
Consumption depends on driving style, operating temperature and load. On average a vehicle uses about 1.5 to 2.5 litres of AdBlue per 1,000 km — roughly 3–5% of diesel consumption. Remember: if the AdBlue tank is empty, the engine will not start.
Yes — positively. SCR technology combined with AdBlue allows the engine to be tuned for optimal combustion, which can reduce diesel consumption. This saving is already factored into the figures published by vehicle manufacturers.
